Responsibilities

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Work closely with product managers to align design decisions with business objectives.
Conduct usability testing and analyze data to improve user experience.
Requirements
Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
Ability to conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability testing.
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Experience with tools like Notion, Miro, or Trello for project management is a plus.
