About Quickeee UI/UX Designer (Product-Minded) — Quickeee Location: Mumbai (Onsite/Hybrid) Experience: 1–3 years Function: Product & Design About Quickeee Quickeee is a 60-minute fashion and sneakers delivery platform, built for customers who want the thrill of instant gratification without compromising on style. We're a fast-moving startup solving hard problems across mobile, web, and delivery infrastructure — and design sits right at the center of how we win or lose a customer.
About the Role
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who doesn't just make things look good — someone who can sit inside a funnel, spot exactly where and why a customer is dropping off, and understand what they were feeling at that moment of exit. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and growth to turn behavioral signals into design decisions. This isn't a "hand me a Figma spec" role. You'll be expected to ask why before you ask what, and to think about business outcomes (conversion, retention, AOV) as much as pixels.
What You'll Do
Diagnose drop-offs, not just symptoms. Dig into funnel data, session recordings, and heatmaps to identify where customers hesitate, get confused, or abandon — and build a hypothesis for the emotional or cognitive reason behind it (friction, distrust, decision fatigue, unclear value, etc.)
Design with intent, not decoration. Translate customer psychology insights (urgency, social proof, loss aversion, cognitive load, trust signals) into interface decisions across the app, web, and admin experiences.
Own end-to-end design for features — from problem framing and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and handoff, across our Flutter mobile/web app.
Think like a PM. Partner with product and engineering to scope features, prioritize based on impact vs. effort, write crisp user stories/flows, and defend design decisions with reasoning, not just taste.
Run lightweight research. Conduct usability tests, customer interviews, and A/B tests to validate hypotheses before and after shipping.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering (Flutter/React), marketing (Meta ads, CRM), and operations to ensure design decisions account for real-world constraints.
Build and maintain design systems to keep the product consistent and scalable as we grow fast.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in a consumer app, e-commerce, or D2C environment.
A portfolio that shows problem-solving, not just visuals — case studies where you identify a user problem, form a hypothesis, and show measurable impact.
Working knowledge of product management fundamentals: prioritization frameworks, funnel/metrics thinking, user stories, and working with data to make decisions.
A genuine interest in customer/behavioral psychology — you should be comfortable talking about concepts like friction, anchoring, social proof, and decision fatigue, and applying them practically.
Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping); bonus if you've worked with design systems.
Comfort reading basic analytics (funnels, drop-off rates, heatmaps — tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar/Clarity, or similar).
Strong communication skills — you'll need to explain why a design decision matters to non-designers.
Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing multiple hats.
Nice to Have
Experience designing for quick-commerce, fashion, or marketplace apps.
Familiarity with Flutter design constraints (native vs. web rendering behavior).
Exposure to A/B testing tools or experimentation frameworks.
Basic understanding of how ad campaigns (Meta/Google) connect to landing/app experience, since a chunk of your design decisions will directly affect campaign performance. Why Join Quickeee
You'll have direct ownership — your designs go live fast, and you'll see the impact in real customer behavior within days, not quarters.
Work directly with founders/engineering leadership; no bureaucracy between an insight and a shipped fix.
High-growth, high-learning environment where design is treated as a core lever for business outcomes, not a downstream service. To Apply: Share your portfolio along with a short note on one customer drop-off you diagnosed and fixed in a past role — what you noticed, why you think it happened, and what changed.
