Ui/ux Designer Intern/full Time

Location: Fully Remote Employment Type: Paid Internship/Contract Stipend: ₹15,000/month (with performance-based increments and bonuses)

Credes is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, paid opportunity where you'll work on meaningful client and in-house projects that directly impact user experience and product success. You'll be designing digital products, crafting seamless user flows, building interactive prototypes, and contributing to a design system that scales. Your work will shape how users interact with our platforms and help define our visual identity.

Design clean, intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma Build interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and test usability Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions Contribute to and maintain our design system and component libraries Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Strong expertise in UI/UX design with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles Advanced proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, and design systems) Background in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience) 1+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy Ability to think through complete user journeys and solve complex UX challenges Comfortable working independently and managing your own time in a remote setup Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback
