Job Summary We are seeking a skilled IS Specialist (UX/UI Designer) to join our Applications Development & Intelligence Automation -CAT IT Division. The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield PSN Office, Bangalore, India
What You Will Do
We are seeking a passionate and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team and help shape intuitive, user-centric experiences in the segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design thinking, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for solving complex user problems through simple and elegant design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and user needs. • Design and deliver user interfaces with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and aesthetics. • Apply user-centered design principles and research methodologies to guide design decisions. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. • Act as a strong user advocate, ensuring the user perspective is central throughout the product lifecycle. • Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to validate designs. What You Will Have • 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in product environments. • Strong portfolio of design projects. • Strong UI design skills with meticulous attention to visual and interaction details. • Proven experience applying user-centered design principles in real-world projects. • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design. • Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers to implement the designs. • The position requires the candidate to work a 5-a day -week schedule in the office • Shift Timing: EMEA Shift: 01:00PM -10:00PM IST
