User Experience Designer (Motion and Interaction)

Senior Mobile Product Designer (Motion & Interaction) Location: Chennai (Work from Office) Experience: 4-7 Years Joining Timeline: Immediate to 15 Days

: We're building a premium fintech mobile app and looking for a designer who can create exceptional mobile experiences t hrough strong UX, visual design, motion, and micro-interactions . You'll own key user journeys and work closely with engineering to ensure designs are translated accurately into production.

: • Design end-to-end mobile experiences including onboarding, KYC, rewards, offers, and dashboard journeys. • Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and ProtoPie . • Design animations, transitions, and micro-interactions that enhance user engagement. • Maintain and evolve the mobile design system , including components, interaction states, and dark mode variants. • Collaborate closely with developers during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution. • Leverage AI-powered design tools and 3D design platforms for visual exploration and asset creation.

: • 4-7 years of experience designing consumer-facing mobile applications. • Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile UX, UI, motion design, and micro-interactions . • Expertise in Figma, interactive prototyping, and design systems. • Experience with motion design tools such as After Effects, Lottie, Rive, or ProtoPie . • Strong understanding of iOS and Android interaction patterns. • Solid visual design skills including typography, color, spacing, and iconography. • Experience designing premium app experiences for fintech, loyalty, consumer internet, or similar products is preferred.

: • Spline or 3D design experience. • Familiarity with AI design tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, etc.). • Basic understanding of React Native implementation. Ideal Background: Candidates from fintech, payments, banking, loyalty, consumer internet, travel-tech, food-tech, or e-commerce products with strong mobile design portfolios showcasing motion and interaction design .
