Role Overview
: As a Designer, UX at Affinity, your mission is to ensure that users have a seamless and useful experience when engaging with all advertising products and portals.
Your role
will involve designing, building, and operating the technology ecosystem that powers advertising technology for products reaching over 500 million users globally. Working with the UX team in Mumbai, you will create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and collaborate with various teams to enhance the quality and experience of Affinity products.
Key Responsibilities
: - Work closely with CxO, UX Head, and the agile team to achieve UX team KPIs and objectives. - Design quality experiences for customer-facing dashboards, internal tools, websites, and apps by visually communicating solutions through wireframes, information architecture, user flows, and prototypes. - Analyze data insights across channels and countries to drive user engagement. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and business teams to deliver user experiences that enhance engagement and drive business growth. - Ensure adherence to design best practices and standards, maintaining design consistency across product platforms using the Affinity Design System. - Identify design problems and provide accurate solutions that meet user needs and business goals. - Organize digital files and assets systematically with necessary documentation, and conduct user testing sessions and research phases to validate solutions.
Qualifications
Required: - 5 years of UX design experience in consumer-facing digital apps/websites, preferably in advertising and media. - Ability to simplify and visualize complex interactions, propose innovative ideas, and demonstrate a deep commitment to user empathy. - Proficiency in ideation, sketching, wireframing, user flows, and information architecture. - Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma, InVision, Sketch, etc., usability principles, graphic styles, and composition rules. - Strong understanding of web design best practices, usability patterns, and UI/UX trends. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript capabilities, and limitations, along with the ability to utilize data analytics for product improvement. - Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of UX design work.
