We specialize in technology that boosts operational efficiencies across the entire organization while giving a unique view of how your internal process is functioning and how to improve them. We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our company.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer you will represent the UX Team and contribute to our team's product designs and user research efforts. You will work as an experienced designer on a team with some direction. You can help frame problems, develop feasible ideas, validate designs based on user feedback, and iterate accordingly. You demonstrate a strong understanding of the Saa S design principles and can fluently apply these to your work. You consistently iterate early on in your work, going very broad before narrowing it down. Must be proficient in taking problems and opportunities and framing them in a way that will lead to the best outcome within time and technological constraints. You can produce use cases, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that lead to intuitive UX/UI design across devices and platforms. Will have to work effectively with product and engineering teams. Should have an understanding of your team's objectives and how they relate to the vision of the future of the product and the success of the company.

: Design: You can create and explain a well thought out multi-step and cross-platform flows Must have a strong understanding of the best tools and concepts to use for an assignment. Fluent in sketching and wireframing complex features and user journeys. Proficient in designing end-to-end Saa S products and showcasing high-fidelity prototypes. You can clearly explain how research influenced your design. Proficient in conducting user research and usability testing. Collaboration: Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and project teams in all stages of design and development. Be responsible for meeting tight deadlines and ensuring consistent quality. You will have the ability to identify problems or inefficiencies, propose solutions, & drive validated improvements.
