Role: UX Design Specialist Experience: 15-18 Years Location: Noida Focus: Strategic impact & measurable outcomes

: Gather insights for business visions, goals and end users through discovery workshops with stakeholders Conduct user research to identify the pain points, aspirations and challenges of end users Define persona, journey maps and storyboards to identify, communicate and priorities the opportunity areas which leads to creation of MVP (minimum viable product) Engages team and cross-functional stakeholders to make them understand user’s needs and guide the team in the creation of thoughtful interactive solutions Ideate about product’s main characteristics, functionalities, features and analyse steps of user interaction though user flows Leads the prototyping of product, always ensuring the usability of the products and their alignment with customers’ needs Host usability testing sessions with end users to identify and improve the gaps in final designs before shipping them for development Enable development team and stakeholders to create user centred solution in less time, effort and iteration Leverage AI to augment every phase of the design process and design deliverables. Define and track UX success metrics (e.g., NPS, task success rate, conversion) and continuously optimize experiences by linking design outcomes to business KPIs and ROI. Drive UX strategy and roadmap alignment by collaborating with leadership (Product, Engineering, Business) to ensure user experience is a core pillar in product and organizational decision-making. Mentor and guide design teams while establishing scalable UX practices, frameworks, and governance models to elevate overall design maturity across projects and teams.
