UI/UX Designer (AI Native)

We’re looking for an AI-native UI/UX Designer who loves creating beautiful, intuitive products and uses AI as a force multiplier. What You’ll Do · Design intuitive user experiences for a modern enterprise SaaS platform. · Convert product ideas into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. · Work closely with founders, product managers, engineers, and AI teams to bring ideas to life quickly. · Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, design exploration, and prototyping. · Create design systems and reusable component libraries in Figma. · Conduct usability testing and continuously improve user experiences. · Design dashboards, analytics, conversational interfaces, onboarding experiences, and mobile-first workflows. · Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes that can move into engineering with minimal friction. · Help define the design culture at an AI-first startup. What We’re Looking For Must Have · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed design institute. · 1–4 years of professional UI/UX/Product Design experience. · Strong portfolio showcasing web and SaaS products. · Excellent command over Figma. · Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy. · Ability to simplify complex enterprise workflows. AI Native (Highly Important) You actively use AI in your design workflow and are excited by the future of AI-assisted product creation. Experience with tools such as: · Google Stitch · Claude Design / Claude · Figma AI · v0 · Lovable · Cursor · ChatGPT · Midjourney or similar visual generation tools We care more about how you think with AI than simply listing tools on your résumé. Bonus Points · Experience designing AI products or conversational interfaces. · Experience working in early-stage startups. · Knowledge of design systems and component-driven design. · Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) to collaborate effectively with engineers. · Motion design or micro-interaction experience. What Success Looks Like In your first six months, you’ll: · Redesign key product experiences used by thousands of enterprise users. · Build scalable design systems. · Ship features rapidly using AI-assisted workflows. · Partner closely with engineering to reduce design-to-development cycles. · Help establish Trovex as one of the best-designed AI SaaS products in the market.
