UI/UX Designer - Fully Remote/WFH (India)

Job Title: UI/UX Designer - Remote/WFH Company: Silverfern Digital Location: Remote Experience Level: (5+ Years) Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

: We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who can take ownership of end-to-end design delivery — from understanding user needs and defining flows to crafting polished interfaces. You’ll work closely with clients, product managers, and developers to create seamless, user-centered digital experiences.

: · Create user flows, information architecture, and wireframes to define intuitive user journeys. · Design high-fidelity UI screens, components, and design systems aligned with brand guidelines. · Ensure consistency and scalability across products through a structured design system. · Deliver end-to-end design — from conceptualization to final UI handoff. · Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth design implementation. · Present design concepts and rationale effectively to clients and internal stakeholders. Must-Have Skills: · Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work across web and mobile. · Proficiency in tools like Figma · Solid understanding of user experience principles, layout, and visual hierarchy. · Experience building or maintaining design systems. · Excellent client communication and presentation skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on timelines in a remote setting.

(not necessary): · Experience with interactive prototyping and micro-interactions. · Exposure to usability testing and user research methods.
