into intuitive and engaging interaction patterns • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to ship high-quality features • Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and communicate ideas effectively • Ensure consistency through design systems and interaction guidelines • Continuously improve experiences using user feedback, data, and usability principles Ideal Candidate • Strong Interaction Design / Product Design profile • Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 3+ YOE in Interaction Design / Product UX, specifically for B2C Mobile apps or digital products • Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong experience designing micro-interactions, animations, and user flows (e.g., contextual UI responses like notifications, transitions, feedback states) • Mandatory (Experience 3) – Hands-on experience with designing intuitive, responsive, and engaging user interfaces, with focus on usability + delight (not just static UI screens • Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience working closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate interaction concepts into shipped features • Mandatory (Experience 5) – Strong understanding of user behavior, heuristics, and interaction patterns across mobile platforms (Android/iOS) • Mandatory (Tools) – Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Principle, After Effects, Framer, or similar for interaction prototyping • Mandatory (Portfolio) – Strong portfolio showcasing: Micro-interactions, Motion/animation work, User flows and interaction thinking, Real product implementations (not just UI screens) • Mandatory (
