KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
: User Research: Plan and conduct research activities, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and contextual inquiries, to gather insights

er behaviors, needs, and pain points Design Thinking & Problem Solving: Use a user-centered design approach to solve complex problems, create wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes Usability Testing: Organize and facilitate usability tests on prototypes and live products, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on user feedback Data Analysis & Synthesis: Analyze research findings to identify trends and insights, creating user personas, journey maps, and other frameworks to communicate user goals and pain points Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions and test ideas with users and stakeholders Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical
