Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ years of experience in Behavioral Research / Consumer Behavior / Behavioral Science / Market Research, followed by hands-on experience in Product Design / UX Design / Interaction Design Mandatory (Experience 2): Strong foundation in primary & secondary research methods such as interviews, ethnographic studies, surveys, observational research, and behavioral experiments and experience applying these insights directly in designing product features, user journeys, or experiences Mandatory (Experience 3): Demonstrated experience in translating behavioral insights into product/design decisions (e.g., improving user flows, engagement, retention, or conversion through design changes) Mandatory (Experience 4): Experience working on end-to-end product/design lifecycle – from research → insights → ideation → wireframing/prototyping → testing Mandatory (Experience 5): Exposure to usability testing, concept validation, A/B testing, or behavioral experimentation as part of the product/design process Mandatory (Skills 1): Strong understanding of Behavioral Science principles (Cognitive Biases, Decision Science, System 1 & 2 Thinking, Consumer Psychology) Mandatory (Skills 2): Hands-on experience with design tools or workflows (Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD or similar) – not just research.
