Who We Are PathAI is on a mission to improve patient outcomes with AI-powered pathology. We are transforming traditional pathology methods into powerful, new technologies. These innovations in pathology can help accelerate drug development, improve confidence in the accuracy of diagnosis, and get life-saving therapies to patients more quickly. At PathAI, you'll work with a diverse and talented team of people, who are dedicated to solving complex problems and making a huge impact. Where You Fit We are looking for software engineering co-ops to join us September - December 2026. We're looking for intellectually curious and driven engineering students to help lay the groundwork for our growing machine learning automation systems. Our MLOps team builds and scales the machine learning infrastructure that powers PathAI's enterprise AI systems in research and production production — spanning cloud infrastructure (AWS and on-prem), Kubernetes, distributed systems, and observability. We care as much about reliability and reproducibility as we do about speed: everything we ship should be dependable, well-tested, and easy for other engineers to build on. As a co-op, you'll get a broad, hands-on introduction to ML automation.
