We're partnering with a leading investment firm building next-generation front office trading platforms, and they're looking for a Frontend Engineer to sit directly with traders and drive real-time decision tools. This is a high-impact role focused on building fast, data-rich UIs used daily by portfolio managers and trading teams. What you'll be doing • Building low-latency, real-time trading interfaces using React • Developing rich data visualizations for market data, PnL, and analytics • Working with WebSockets and streaming data to power live trading workflows • Collaborating directly with traders, quants, and backend engineers • Integrating AI-driven insights and models into the frontend experience What they're looking for • Strong experience with React and modern frontend architecture • Background working with data visualization libraries (D3, Highcharts, etc.) • Experience handling real-time data (WebSockets, event-driven systems) • Prior exposure to trading systems, financial applications, or high-performance environments • Interest or experience in AI-powered products is a strong plus Why this role • Direct exposure to front office trading teams • High ownership and visible impact on revenue-generating systems • Cutting-edge stack combining real-time systems, data visualization, and AI
