Job Summary Accelyst is seeking an experienced Lead UI Front End Developer to lead the design, architecture, and development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, frontend architecture, and modern UI development practices. : • Architect and develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript. • Design modern component-based architectures utilizing React Hooks, functional components, and best development practices. • Define frontend architecture standards, coding guidelines, and reusable UI frameworks. • Lead frontend technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions across multiple projects. • Develop responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces following modern UI/UX principles. • Implement and optimize rendering strategies including Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Client-Side Rendering (CSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR). • Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, caching, memoization, and rendering optimizations. • Implement state management solutions using Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand, or similar technologies. • Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, authentication services, and third-party platforms. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect applications. • Develop reusable component libraries and maintain design system consistency. • Implement comprehensive unit and integration testing using Jest, React Testing Library, and Storybook. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. • Mentor junior and mid-level frontend developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. • Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide innovative technical solutions. • Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements to development standards. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of enterprise applications. • Take ownership of frontend architecture decisions and ensure long-term maintainability of applications. • Perform additional
