The role
establishes the technical vision for secure, enterprise-grade AI agents, including frontend platforms, agentic interfaces, and real-time streaming experiences across web and mobile. It also provides executive-level technical leadership, governs architecture and standards, and mentors senior engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Establish the long-term technical vision and strategic roadmap for frontend architectures, component ecosystems, and real-time streaming platforms powering AI agents across web and mobile
Drive the design of high-performance, enterprise-scale frontend platforms engineered for ultra-low latency, SSE/WebSocket streaming, and sophisticated AI interaction paradigms
Build and mentor a community of lead and principal engineers, fostering technical excellence across global cross-geo teams and ensuring alignment on shared component libraries and AI design standards
Oversee the design, evolution, and governance of frontend interfaces and SDKs that bring AI agent capabilities to life for employees and customers
Define the reference architecture for Agentic Experiences (AX) on web and mobile, setting the standard for real-time response streaming and low-latency interactions
Institutionalize frontend observability, accessibility (WCAG/a11y), and operational excellence as organization-wide practices across all user-facing AI services

Direct the creation of reusable full-stack integration frameworks, component hooks, and platform capabilities that empower enterprise teams to embed GenAI tools at scale
Collaborate with executive stakeholders, product leadership, UX leadership, and backend architects to pioneer novel interaction patterns for AI copilots and virtual agents
Provide executive-level technical leadership, governance, and strategic guidance to global delivery organizations across multiple regions Skills
7+ years of experience in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend state management libraries
2+ years of relevant leadership experience, including guiding senior/lead engineers and driving cross-organizational technical strategy
Extensive software development background across web applications, client-side SDKs, APIs, and microservices at enterprise scale
Proven track record of shaping GenAI user experiences, conversational UX, and real-time response streaming interfaces (SSE/WebSockets)
Deep expertise in architecting chat assistants and prompt UI patterns
Strong proficiency in Python backend development and integrating cloud-native REST APIs on AWS/Docker
Demonstrated success in defining and evolving enterprise UI component libraries, design systems, and developer SDKs adopted across multiple business units
Advanced English proficiency (C1) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with client-side or Node.js orchestration frameworks (LangChain for JavaScript, LlamaIndex, Model Context Protocol)
Understanding of RAG retrieval, vector databases, and citation rendering
Knowledge of React Native or web-to-mobile wrapper experience for AI workflows
Expertise in WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, a11y standards, and accessible UI component architecture
Competency in GraphQL and AI evaluation tooling (LangSmith, Langfuse, or user feedback loop UI components)
