Job Description
: We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications aligned to the Golden Path engineering stack. This role requires strong technical depth across modern frontend engineering, backend services, distributed systems, AWS/GCP cloud platforms, DevOps, observability, automated testing, and AI-assisted engineering practices. The ideal candidate will lead by example, mentor engineers, influence architecture decisions, and own end-to-end delivery of business-critical solutions while ensuring high standards for scalability, reliability, security, performance, maintainability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade full-stack applications across frontend, backend, cloud, and data layers.
- Build scalable, reusable frontend experiences (ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, hooks) and robust backend APIs/microservices (Go, Java, Python, Node.js), integrated via REST, gRPC, Thrift, and event-driven patterns.
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS with containerized platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring.
- Own features end to end — from design through deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
