: • As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. • You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. • You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. • Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. • Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance. • Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery. • Document findings and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference. • Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Note: Role requires client mandated time away 5 days per quarter and 60% onsite client work (3 days per week)

: • Minimum 5 years of work experience • Advanced proficiency in Python Programming Language • Associates degree
