Job Description
Role : Principal Python Engineer with AI Agentic Location : Warren NJ Duration : Long term This role is the forefront of enterprise AI, building intelligent agentic systems that reason, plan, and take action across complex business workflows. You will design and implement Python-based agents that orchestrate models, tools, and data to automate real-world decision-making at scale. This role blends deep engineering with cutting-edge AI—working on everything from agent frameworks and APIs to safety, observability, and performance. If you are excited about shaping how autonomous systems operate in production, this is where you'll make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Python
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to system architecture decisions
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices

- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance
- Drive improvements in code quality, tooling, CI/CD, and engineering processes
- Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot production issues when needed
