Title: UX Product Designer | Wireframing & User Testing Location: Greater Framingham Area, MA (Hybrid 2–3 days onsite) Employment Type: Contract Status: Accepting Candidates
About the role
Join a digital experience team focused on enhancing customer-facing web and app experiences. This role will drive user-centered design initiatives through wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and high-fidelity UX/UI design for enterprise-scale digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Design enterprise-scale web, mobile, and app user experiences focused on usability and customer engagement Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing digital enhancements Conduct usability testing and apply user-centered insights to improve digital experiences Collaborate with product, development, and leadership teams to define design
requirements
and implementation specifications Translate complex business
requirements
into intuitive UX/UI solutions Continuously optimize digital touchpoints using UX best practices and customer experience principles
Qualifications
2–5 years of UX/Product Design experience in digital product environments Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design, wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design work Proven experience with User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), Customer Experience (CX), and usability testing Experience designing across web, mobile, and digital platforms Understanding of HTML/CSS Experience working within collaborative product and development environments Compensation (MA Pay Transparency): Estimated hourly range: $40–$45/hr (W-2) Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
