Job Description
Head of Design We are looking for a highly experienced Product Design leader to take full ownership of the user experience and visual identity of an innovative mobile product in the digital collectibles and gaming space. This is a unique opportunity to shape a product from the ground up, define its design language, and create an engaging experience for a large consumer audience. The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile products, understands user psychology, and has experience building highly engaging products with strong retention, monetization, and game economy principles.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end user experience and visual design of the mobile application (primarily iOS).
- Define and build the product’s design system and visual language from scratch.
- Lead UI and UX improvements across all user journeys.
- Drive a complete product rebranding initiative.
- Create engaging, intuitive, and visually compelling user experiences inspired by gaming and consumer products.
- Collaborate closely with developers, leadership teams, and external vendors.
- Translate business goals, user insights, and data into impactful design decisions.
- Lead and communicate a clear design vision across the organization.
- Establish design standards, processes, and best practices.
