Job Description

They are seeking a Lead Product Designer to manage the complete design lifecycle of a new product initiative, requiring a multidisciplinary approach to design and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end design initiatives, from problem definition and discovery to final product delivery Plan, prioritize, and structure design tasks and activities in collaboration with PMs and other stakeholders Contribute to product strategy through visual storytelling, prototyping, and user-centric thinking Being able to cover marketing, brand, and research functions to ensure consistency and coherence across touchpoints Represent the design discipline in cross-functional discussions, ensuring design excellence throughout the process Maintain hands-on involvement in both conceptual and executional phases Qualification Product design expertiseVisual design skillsProject managementUX researchB2B platform experienceAnalytical thinkingCommunication skillsCollaboration skillsMentoring
experience Required
Proven experience leading 0-to-1 product launches, ideally as the main or solo designer on early-stage projects or successful startups Strong project management mindset, able to plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively without overlapping with PM

Experience working on B2B or consumer-facing platforms with a multimedia or social component Background in or exposure to companies with strong visual and interactive standards Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with high-quality visual design execution Excellent visual and interaction design skills Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, with the ability to connect design work to measurable impact Excellent communication and collaboration skills β able to represent design across multiple disciplines Ability to work autonomously while keeping alignment with broader company goals Hands-on attitude with comfort across UX, visual, motion, and brand design Preferred Previous experience mentoring or guiding other designers is a plus Preferred: United States (any major hub) The candidate must be open to medium-to-long term relocation to Singapore and subsequent travel as needed
