Product Designer (Remote)

We are seeking a consultative Senior UX Product Designer to lead cross-functional journey initiatives and transform complex user needs into seamless, high-impact digital solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between user behavior and business strategy to drive end-to-end product innovation across mobile and web platforms.Required to be in office in Malvern, PA Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Monday/Friday remote.

:Architect complex user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to deliver intuitive, seamless user journeys across mobile and web platforms.Partner with cross-departmental leaders to translate user insights and business objectives into prioritized, high-impact product features.Integrate quantitative analytics and user research into design cycles to validate hypotheses and optimize product viability.Mentor junior design talent and champion user-centered design standards across multi-disciplinary teams.
