: ZenPoint Solutions is seeking a creative and highly analytical User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) Designer to support a federal law enforcement agency’s major enterprise software modernization initiative. In this role, you will own the look and feel of a modernized application, zeroing in on the underlying emotional and functional needs of users to deliver intuitive, satisfying, and deeply user-centric digital experiences. As part of a responsive, device-agnostic application team, you will craft high-fidelity wireframes, templates, and portal layouts using standard toolsets like Adobe XD. This role requires close collaboration with technical architects, product owners, and end-users to transition legacy workflows into a modern, streamlined Full Operating Capability (FOC). This position is contingent upon the successful award of a government contract and subsequent government approval.

: User-Centric Design Execution: Create compelling and satisfying application interface designs by applying recognized usability heuristics, prioritizing consistency, error prevention, feedback transparency, and minimalist aesthetics. Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop detailed front-end user interface mockups, wireframes, site themes, and reusable layout templates within Adobe XD prior to active software development phases. Persona & Workflow Mapping: Utilize findings from user research and functional workflow analyses to align interface designs with defined target roles, personas, and distinct real-world usage contexts.
