This early-career role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on UI work, interaction details, and working within a component-based system for complex enterprise workflows. You’ll partner closely with a Senior UI/UX lead and collaborate with engineering to deliver consistent, accessible interfaces. This position will work full time from our Charlotte, NC office. What You'll Be Doing: • Translating workflows and

into UI under guidance from the Senior UI/UX lead • Executing day-to-day UI design work using established components, patterns, and guidelines • Contributing to maintaining and documenting the design system, including helping update the component library • Defining interaction details such as states, validation, empty/error states, and focus/hover behavior • Designing UI aligned with Angular Material patterns and component behavior • Preparing design assets and notes to support efficient developer handoff • Collaborating with engineers during implementation and support design QA • Supporting responsive design and accessibility standards
