Job Description
PREDICTION is building the AI workforce for national security. Our secure infrastructure and mission-ready AI agents help defense, intelligence, and homeland security teams turn scattered data into completed operational work faster, securely, and with humans in command. We are looking for a UI/UX designer who has worked directly in defense technology and understands how to design for complex, high-stakes environments. This person will work closely with our product, engineering, and national security teams to turn operational workflows into clear, practical interfaces.
Responsibilities
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready screens Simplify complex intelligence and operational workflows Work closely with engineers from concept through implementation Help build and maintain a consistent design system Design data-heavy interfaces for secure and sensitive environments Incorporate feedback from government and national security users
Requirements
Direct defense technology experience is required Must be based in the United States 5+ years of UI/UX or product design experience Strong portfolio showing complex enterprise or operational software Advanced experience with Figma Experience working closely with product and engineering teams Comfortable working with sensitive information Available on a consistent consulting basis Preferred Background Experience with defense, intelligence, cybersecurity, command-and-control, or government software is strongly preferred. Experience at companies such as Palantir, Anduril, Shield AI, CACI, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, or similar is a strong advantage.
