Job Description
IDS is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer Journeyman for ADG Creative an IDS subsidiary to support user experience strategy design system development and delivery of high-quality user-centered design solutions. This role involves designing intuitive scalable interfaces and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user experience across complex systems. Key Duties Implements UX strategy and vision across a large portfolio ensuring consistent and high-quality user experiences Maintains a comprehensive design system to drive consistency scalability and efficiency across products Supports design activities including workshops and design sprints to enhance collaboration across teams Assists with user research creates user journey maps and develops wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes Advocates for end-users by identifying workflows pain points and needs to inform design solutions Follows UX design processes and applies Human-Centered Design principles within Agile environments Performs other duties as assigned

Bachelors degree in a related field OR Associates degree or High School Diploma with 7 years of experience Minimum 3 years of experience (aligned to the
