The Affera Mapping and Ablation System is an innovative medical technology designed to treat patients with cardiac arrhythmias. The system involves advanced mapping techniques to create detailed images of the heart's electrical activity, helping physicians identify abnormal areas causing arrhythmias. As a Sr. UX/UI Designer,

will be at the intersection of design and innovation. As part of the Cardiac Ablation Solutions team, you will work with a team of product managers, clinical specialists, engineers, and designers, guiding the design of our products, and shaping what amazing experiences look and feel like from a user perspective. You will work with a cross-functional team to understand strategic priorities and goals, and create design solutions that help meet those goals. As a Sr. UX/UI Designer you are a master of your craft, bringing your design vision to the team and creating exciting design solutions that help us transform the cardiac ablation space, with product experience at the core. Your curiosity, passion for human-centric design, and problem-solving prowess will be pivotal to your success. You are comfortable with a highly collaborative, fast paced work environment and are able to respond to changing needs, successfully advancing in several different work streams ranging from prototyping new features, integration with other Medtronic software and hardware products, and delivery of software releases into investigational and pre-clinical studies.
