Job Description
Job Title: Senior UX Designer/Product Designer Location: REMOTE Pay Rate: Open to both W2 and established 1099 options Position Type: Multiyear Contract Candidates must live in the United States and be able to pass both a credit and criminal background check. We are looking for candidates with 7-10 years of professional experience. We are seeking a highly skilled UX/Product Designer to support the modernization of internal tools used by Member Service Representatives. This work supports the transition away from a legacy system that is reaching end of life, replacing it with modern, scalable, and user-centered solutions. This role will partner closely with User Experience, Product Management, and Engineering teams to design efficient, intuitive tools that improve employee workflows and enhance the overall service experience for members. The contractor will work with teams leveraging Microsoft Dynamics and deliver high-quality, development-ready design solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design modern, intuitive user experiences for internal tools used by Member Service Representatives
Translate legacy system functionality into streamlined, user-centered workflows and interfaces
Create high-fidelity user experience and user interface designs ready for development handoff
Apply and contribute to the enterprise design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams (including Microsoft Dynamics developers) to define and refine
