We're currently seeking a talented Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to craft engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. In this role, youll collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive interfaces and ensure a seamless user journey from concept to launch. US citizenship and a T3 Secret clearance is required. This is an onsite role in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
: • Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications. • Design high-fidelity UI mockups aligned with brand guidelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine designs. • Perform usability testing and iterating based on feedback. • Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency across products. • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
: • 37 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role. • US citizenship required • Active Secret Clearance (Level T3) • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects. • Proficiency in design tools such as, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design. • Experience with responsive design and WCAG accessibility standards. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to commute and work on-site in Washington, DC
