Lead user research, design workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems while collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders in Agile environments. Provide technical mentorship, drives UX process improvements, promotes design standardization, and ensures compliance with accessibility and security

: 8 years experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or similar platforms. Knowledge of Human‑Centered Design (HCD), usability testing, and accessibility standards. Experience working within Agile development environments. Portfolio of work samples. Bonus points if you have: Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or related field. Experience with the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) or other enterprise design systems. Knowledge of Section 508, WCAG accessibility standards, and inclusive design principles. Experience supporting federal, defense, intelligence, or highly regulated environments. Experience utilizing AI throughout the design process and AI code‑generation tools to rapidly prototype, build, and deploy production‑ready designs.
