Job Description
As UX/UI Designer (Salesforce), you'll support a Salesforce-centered modernization and digital transformation program. This role will focus on creating intuitive, user-centered experiences that simplify complex business processes, accelerate user adoption, and improve mission outcomes across modern Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will combine user experience strategy, human-centered design, and modern Salesforce design principles to create scalable, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. This individual will work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, AI-enabled development teams, and business stakeholders to design solutions that maximize usability while supporting rapid delivery and continuous modernization efforts. What you'll do
: β’ Design intuitive, user-centered experiences that streamline workflows, improve productivity, and reduce user friction across Salesforce solutions. β’ Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions. β’ Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs that align with business objectives and user needs. β’ Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Scrum Masters to translate
requirements
into effective user experiences. β’ Design user experiences leveraging Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications. β’ Optimize end-to-end business processes and user journeys by identifying opportunities for simplification, automation, and improved usability. β’ Design AI-assisted user experiences that effectively integrate intelligent recommendations, workflow automation, Agentforce capabilities, and decision-support tools. β’ Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, Section 508
