Job Description
Role Summary
The UI UX Manager will lead the design and user experience strategy across a portfolio of internal products, ensuring intuitive, visually compelling, and functionally sound digital experiences. This role plays a critical part in shaping how users interact with key platforms by combining research, design thinking, and execution excellence. This individual will drive the full design lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, while collaborating closely with cross functional teams and senior stakeholders. The UI UX Manager will champion user research, guide design standards, and ensure consistency through scalable design systems, all while contributing hands on to design deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of user interfaces across web and mobile applications
- Own the end to end design process including research, wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions
- Create process flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate user experiences
- Facilitate design workshops and collaborate with product and engineering teams to align on
requirements
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products
