As a UI/UX Designer, you will: β’ Define design systems and create common templates/wireframes for functionality. β’ Analyze specific population workflows in systems and envision how they can integrate within a consolidated system. β’ Deliver innovative interface design solutions, user flows, style guides, presentations, and complex prototypes, leveraging 2-3+ years of experience. β’ Conduct user interviews to gather insights and present design prototypes to client stakeholders effectively. β’ Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate workflow documentation. β’ Utilize government-specified technology to produce interactive content and analytic product templates.
Qualifications
: β’ A strong portfolio showcasing your design work. β’ Experience in federal IT programs is a plus. β’ Knowledge of recent design standards and trends. β’ Familiarity with the SAFe Agile delivery framework. β’ Active Secret Clearance is required. Pay Range: The salary for this role varies based on location and experience, with a range of $53,900-$120,100 USD for selected states including California, Colorado, and more.
