Senior UX Researcher and Designer Location: Brooklyn, New York Duration: 1 Year Schedule: Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher and Designer to lead discovery, research, and user-centered design initiatives for large-scale digital service platforms. This role will partner closely with product managers, digital strategists, analytics teams, designers, and engineers to ensure product decisions are driven by user insights, behavioral data, and evidence-based research. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, usability testing, user journey mapping, and wireframing. This position requires a strategic thinker who can transform research findings into actionable product recommendations and intuitive digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives for high-priority digital products and services.
- Conduct generative and evaluative research including field studies, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, surveys, and A/B testing.
- Create comprehensive research plans, hypotheses, and testing strategies using mixed research methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, engineering, and design teams.
- Synthesize qualitative insights with quantitative and behavioral data to identify trends and opportunities.
