Director of UX Research

Leading the UX research function, the full-time Director of UX Research will define research strategies, partner cross-functionally with teams, and execute various research methods to enhance product design, all while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity near Santa Ana or Jersey City.

Define and drive the UX research roadmap to influence company-level decisions Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering teams to integrate insights into decision-making Conduct and guide team members in generative, formative, and summative research to support product development

7+ years of experience in user research, preferably in consumer technology or collectibles 2+ years of experience in people management Proven track record of impactful research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex problems into clear research questions Experience with AI tools and a willingness to experiment with new research technologies
