Job Description
Location: EST in the US, fully remoteType: 3 month assignment with potential for extension; part time 20 hours a week (4 hours a day)Compensation Range: $50 - 60/hr W2We are seeking a skilled and strategic Researcher for a focused 3-month contract. This role will provide dedicated, day-to-day analytical support to our client's Brand and Marketing teams. The UX Researcher will draw on their expertise to ensure any analysis and interpretation is grounded in the correct methodology and aligned with established findings. Rather than operating independently, they will serve as an embedded resource for Brand and Marketing, translating existing data sources into timely, actionable insights that keep our teams on the front foot between formal reporting cycles.The ideal candidate is an expert in multi-source data (Tableau dashboards, quantitative and qualitative studies) and authoring clear, actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
: 1. Platform & Listening Behavior Insights Research and leverage behavioral data to inform brand and marketing briefs.Analyze platform data to uncover Gen Z listening behaviors and trends for key markets to inform briefs and workstreams.Identify differences in content consumption, engagement patterns for thought leadership.Translate behavioral platform data into clear narratives: what's happening, why it matters, and what the opportunities are for brand and marketing.2. Research (Qualitative & Quantitative) Support Provide support for current and upcoming research initiatives.Support the design and execution of quantitative studies (survey design, sampling logic, data cleaning, analysis).Help scope and structure qualitative research (discussion guides, hypothesis framing, synthesis).Integrate qualitative findings with quantitative and behavioral data for a holistic view.3. Brand analysisSupport Brand and Marketing teams in translating brand health findings into actionable implications for key markets and teams, bridging the gap between what the data shows and what teams need to do next.Identify meaningful gaps, strengths, and opportunities across audience cohorts, and develop clear marketing implications tied to active brand priorities.Help design dashboards for campaigns for leadership reporting.Synthesise findings into specific, actionable recommendations for Brand and Marketing teams, focused on the strategic questions and briefs we are actively working against.
