UX Researcher – AI & Quantitative Specialist Job Type: Contract Location: Seattle, WA / San Jose, CA Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days/Week Onsite
Role Summary
Seeking a data-driven UX Researcher with strong expertise in AI-augmented research, quantitative analysis, behavioral data, and mixed-methods research. The ideal candidate will help build an AI-native research practice and drive actionable product insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply AI tools for research synthesis, analysis, screener design, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Design and analyze large-scale surveys, concept tests, and benchmark studies.
- Perform statistical analysis including significance testing, regression, factor analysis, conjoint, and MaxDiff.
- Extract and interpret behavioral data using Power BI, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Combine behavioral data with primary research to generate actionable insights.
- Conduct interviews, usability studies, diary studies, and contextual research.
