Title: UX Researcher III Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Compensation: $54 - $74hr Work
Requirements
: US Citizen, Green Card Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Title: UX Researcher III We are looking for a UX Researcher III to support research across the product development lifecycle, with a strong focus on survey research, quantitative analysis, consumer insights, and research vendor management. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify research needs, develop research roadmaps, execute studies, and translate findings into actionable product and business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Include: • Collaborate with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to identify research needs and support product development. • Develop and execute research roadmaps independently and collaboratively. • Lead research studies across multiple phases of the product development lifecycle. • Contribute research insights to product strategy, execution, and go-to-market planning. • Design questionnaires and support survey programming and survey quality assurance. • Analyze quantitative research data using tools such as SPSS, R, Python, SQL, or similar platforms. • Use survey platforms such as Qualtrics or comparable tools. • Manage external research vendors and coordinate research activities and deliverables. • Use data and quantitative findings to define and support research hypotheses. • Communicate research findings through clear presentations, reports, storytelling, and other stakeholder-facing materials. • Work independently while managing multiple priorities and making decisions in a fast-paced environment. • Use or learn AI tools to support research workflows.
Required Qualifications
: • Bachelor’s degree in a human behavior-related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. • Experience with questionnaire design, survey programming, and survey quality assurance. • Proficiency with traditional quantitative analysis and tools such as SPSS, R, Python, or SQL. • Experience using survey platforms such as Qualtrics or similar tools. • Experience managing external research vendors. • Experience with AI tools or demonstrated willingness to learn. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. • Experience using data and numbers to define and support hypotheses. • Strong storytelling skills and ability to communicate findings to different audiences. • Experience working with autonomy and making decisions while balancing multiple demands.
