Wargaming's Center for Player Insights seeks an experienced UX Researcher to champion player needs and inform product decisions across live-service and in-development titles. You will partner with game teams to frame questions, select methods, and run in-lab and remote studies. You'll synthesize findings into actionable recommendations, influence roadmaps, and manage studies end-to-end while growing research standards and staying current with industry trends.
