1. Customer Drawing Study • Study of Critical major characteristics related to Quality • Conducting manufacturing feasibility study as per drawing to save RM. • Study of GD & T (Geometric dimensions and tolerances). • Study of Surface roughness for finishing • Monitoring and differentiate the products to avoid multiple product mixing. • Conduct study for optimum utilization of available tools. 2. 3D modeling, Tool Design & Simulation (Forging) • Study of customer drawing and develop 3D modeling for product & tools • Weight calculation and simulation of forging • Study past trends for avoid past compliant /troubles 3. Product Drafting • Product drafting as per customer drawing, feasibility requirement in Auto Cad. • Product detailing for preparing forging dies, profile drawing, machining CNC program. • Issue and control product & detailing drawing sample preparation • Releasing SSN (Sample Submission Note) for new product development. 4. Packaging • Understand customers packaging requirement & prepare packing standards for different customers considering cost • Change packaging standard as per customer complaints 5. Maintaining 5S, Kaizen Activities 6. Maintaining IMDS (International Material Data Systems) as per customer
