We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with 2-4 years of experience who can blend strong visual design capabilities with user-centered thinking and emerging AI-driven design practices. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full design lifecycle - from research and ideation to prototyping, usability testing, and final handoff - while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast paced agile environment.
What you will do
at EvoluteIQ: • Design intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile applications. • Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools such as Figma and Miro. • Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, and behavioral analysis to understand user needs and pain points. • Translate business

, workflow analysis, and research insights into scalable UX deliverables and design solutions. • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and other designers to align user needs with business goals. • Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder inputs to continuously improve usability and customer experience. • Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and design tokens to ensure consistency across products. • Ensure all designs follow accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and brand guidelines. • Design adaptive and personalized user experiences, including AI-driven interfaces and conversational UX interactions. • Audit and evaluate AI-enabled experiences for usability, transparency, privacy, bias, and safety considerations. • Use AI-powered tools and integrations to improve design workflows, accelerate documentation, and support strategic problem-solving. • Stay updated with evolving UX trends, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, and industry best practices. What will you bring to the team? • 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design for digital products and platforms. • Hands-on expertise with Figma, Miro, prototyping tools, and user testing platforms. • Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, responsive web applications, and mobile-first design. • Experience working with enterprise-scale design systems and scalable UI frameworks. • Familiarity with AI-driven experiences, conversational interfaces, personalization flows, and human-AI interactions is highly preferred. • Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, visual design skills, interaction design, and problem-solving capabilities. • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Comfortable working in agile teams, managing multiple priorities, and adapting quickly to changing business needs. • Basic understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and usability standards.
