We're a growing startup looking for a creative, hands-on designer who can own our entire online visual presence website, app, and social media while also helping us grow our digital footprint and support business development efforts. If you love design, know your way around Figma and Canva/Photoshop, and want real ownership (not just execution) at an early-stage company, this is for you. Important: This is not an execution-only design role. We're not looking for someone who waits to be told what to research or post. You'll be expected to research relevant trends, content directions, and brand positioning yourself, and take ownership of what gets posted, how it's presented, and which direction the brand's online identity takes. The strategy and the design are both yours to drive.
