UI/UX & Visual Designer Engineer

Note: Higher weightage will be given to applications with proper email to - all details mentioned in the \" How to apply\" section . \n \nRaynetics Technologies B.V., an Amsterdam based startup, is hiring a UI/UX & Visual Design Engineer in India. \n \nRaynetics builds the intelligence layer for the instruments that inspect semiconductors and advanced materials. Chips are now too small to measure easily. Electron and X-ray tools can see them, but reading what they see takes experts and days. Our software does that reading, so an engineer gets an answer within minutes. We are a team of 4 across the Netherlands, the USA and India. \n \n

\nYou own everything people see from Raynetics: the product interface, the website, and the decks, one-pagers and posts that tell our story to customers, partners and investors. You design it and you build it. Today the interface is built by the people who build the algorithms. We want someone who makes it their job. \n \nWhat we expect \nYour work will be judged next to that of the largest companies in our industry. You take a two-line brief to a first version in days, and you say when something is not good enough, including our own work. We work in writing, across time zones, so clear English and reliability matter more than hours online. \n \n

\n\n • 3+ years designing web applications, dashboards or software products that shipped, with a portfolio showing one product interface and one deck, website or marketing piece. \n • Strong proficiency in Figma. \n • Strong grasp of UI/UX principles: visual hierarchy, typography, layout and color, with close attention to detail and visual consistency. \n • Experience designing pitch decks, technical decks, one-pagers or marketing collateral. \n • Strong presentation and storytelling skills. You can turn complex technical or business information into clear visual communication. \n • Able to work independently and own a design project end to end, working closely with engineers and non-design colleagues. \n • Strong communication skills, and quick to take feedback on board. \n • Based in India, with at least six hours of overlap with the Dutch working day (about 12:30 to 20:00 IST). \n\n \n
