Xenios Technologies is seeking anexceptional UI/UX Designer to help shape the design and user experience of its AI-native operating system for health coaches, trainers, and performance specialists. This is a founding-level, equity-based role with significant long-term upside, transitioning to a salaried position upon successful funding. • Job Title: UI/UX Designer • Location: Remote (United States) • Salary: From $51,595/year (equity-based, transitions to salary after funding) • Contract Type: Part-Time, Full-Time, or Contract
Role Overview
You will own the end-to-end user experience across Xenios's web and mobile platforms, transforming complex AI-driven workflows into intuitive, elegant, and human-centered designs. This role is pivotal in building trust, driving engagement, and empowering both coaches and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, visually compelling experiences for web and mobile apps
- Lead UI/UX design from concept to production
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes in Figma
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system
- Design AI-powered interfaces (conversational and personalized)
- Collaborate with engineers and product leaders to implement designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing
