Define and maintain design systems and component libraries using atomic design principles to ensure consistency across platforms.
Develop information architecture, user flows, personas, and journey maps to align stakeholders around user-centered product strategies.
Collaborate with engineering to translate designs into production-ready components, providing specs, assets, and support (Zeplin/Figma/Storybook).
Use analytics and A/B testing to measure design impact and iterate on experiences to improve user engagement and conversion.
Advocate for accessibility (WCAG) best practices and incorporate inclusive design principles into UI and interaction patterns.
Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participate in sprint planning, and maintain version control of design assets (GIT workflows where applicable).
Mentor junior designers, provide design critique, and help grow UX practices across the organization.
Qualifications

6+ years of experience in product design, UX design, interaction design, or a related field.
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered product design work across mobile and/or desktop platforms.
Experience taking complex digital products from early concepts through delivery and iteration.
Advanced proficiency with product design and prototyping tools, including Figma.
Strong expertise in interaction design, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and visual design. Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Research partners to ship customer-facing product experiences.
Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Experience creating prototypes that communicate sophisticated workflows, behaviors, and product vision. Experience translating brand systems into product experiences while maintaining usability and accessibility. Experience working in healthcare or a similar complex and regulated industry.
Experience designing products that make complex data understandable and actionable for a broad range of users.
